We the following members of the Cathedral Mountain Ranch Association would like to request that the Board of the Cathedral Mountain Ranch Association act as guardian and steward of the lands of the Association and maintain them in the natural, wild and scenic condition for which we purchased our lots on the Ranch. Changes to our lakes, development of park like areas or unnatural walking trails would be contrary to the ideal of the Ranch and should only occur with the approval of the membership.
Why is this important?
There is a growing concern among cabin and lot owners at Cathedral Mountain Ranch that the common grounds, including the ponds and lakes, are being permanently altered by actions of the current CMRA Board of Directors without input from all CMR cabin and lot owners. Existing and proposed changes will leave the land and lakes open to serious unsightly erosion and permanent damage.
