Why is this important?
The application of 31 Paddington LLC for a permit to divert a watercourse, pursuant to Chapter 302 of the Village Code, by covering a portion of South Fox Meadow Brook which flows through this property located in a flood plain at 31 Paddington Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 4, Blk. 3, Lot 923, poses numerous risks to the residents of the neighborhood. Together we ask the planning board to weigh heavily the safety and interests of residents over the application of the builder which is to be considered on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 8:00PM in Rutherford Hall in Village Hall.
