Targeted assassinations and extra- judicial killings have now become a common tactic of many world leaders including dictators and non- dictators. This must stop. We must condemn all leaders around the world who violate human rights and judicial systems for whatever reason. This includes President Asad of Syria and all other leaders in the world without exception.
