Congress: Don't Pass The Transparent Airfares Act!

By shifting the "mandatory" disclosure to the very end of transactions, the TAA would allow airlines to advertise an initial price that's between 15 and 20 percent lower than what you'll end up paying, only springing the full cost at the very end!

Car rentals and hotels already practice this legalized bait-and-switch advertising. Don't let airlines get away with it too: Tell Congress to vote against the TAA now!

Why is this important?

The Transparent Airfares Act of 2014 sounds like much-needed reform for greater consumer protection. It's actually a bait-and-switch to let airlines bury tax spikes in their ticket price.
