Congress: End Mindless Regulation.

It shall be a felony for any member of Congress to vote on a bill that he/she has not read in its entirety.

Why is this important?

Americans are over-regulated with complex laws. Elected officials are voting on laws/bills which they have not read; yet they expect citizens to abide by them. Why should a regulation be thousands of pages long? I recently heard a member of the House who did not even understand the questions being asked about a regulation.
