The Office of Independent Counsel enacted the above law in 1978, in response to the Watergate scandal; it expired in 1999. This law MUST be re-established, so that Trump or Sessions will NOT have the power to fire Robert Mueller!
Why is this important?
Trump has clearly shown that he has no interest in upholding the U.S. Constitution. He has not read it and has NO desire to -- his attention span is way too short to do so. He despises anything that he can't control.
