Congress has made drastic cuts, and want to cut more. It is time Congress join in and do their fair share of reducing government spending by reducing their salary, no cost of living adjustments for five years, and reduce their expense accounts. Practice what you preach!
Why is this important?
Congress has made cuts everywhere but their own salary and expense accounts. We need more teachers, firefighters, and help with student loans. Congress should bite the bullet and struggle too if they expect the rest of America to make ends meet on the drastic cuts they want to propose.
