The questions are : Why do politicians receive full pay in retirement after serving one term and our military after serving 20 years gets only 50 percent of their pay?
How do we change it to have it done more equitably?
Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ."

Why is this important?
Veterans returning with loss of limbs and life-long deteriorating physical conditions .. have to serve minimum of 20 years in order to just get 50% of their pay... : Why do politicians receive full pay in retirement after serving one term and our military after serving 20 years gets only 50 percent of their pay?
