When the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act, they argued that discrimination in our country was a thing of the past. Since then, GOP-controlled states across the nation have been doing their best to prove them wrong.
Enough is enough. Democrats in Congress have tried to introduce legislation to resurrect the key protections shot down by the Supreme Court, but they need our support to push it through.
Why is this important?
We can't let the 2014 elections be marred by robbed voting rights.
