Congress must form a committe whose only purpose is creating laws regulating/standardizing adequate performance from our congressional leaders
Why is this important?
Congressional Reform is spearheaded by a new Committee to one or both houses whose mission is developing new binding and consequential standards of congressional performance. We are all affected when a branch of our government is broken.
