There should be a law prohibiting Congress from giving themselves superior benefits that are not provided for every citizen they represent -- including health insurance, life insurance, big pensions, and automatic pay raises.
Why is this important?
Congress makes too many decisions that put Congressional representatives above the people they represent. They would vote more honorably if they had the same vested interest in the laws they pass as we do, especially as regards health insurance.
