CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
Members of both houses of Congress shall ONLY receive as any form of compensation for their Congressional service:
salary annually ONLY the national AVERAGE amount paid to employees earning less than $250,000; THE SAME healthcare as all other American employees elsewhere; ONLY Social Security retirement benefits; ONLY $75,000 allowable governmental business expenses compensation annually.
