Congressional Disruption Fine
ANY politician who directly disrupts, deters, blocks, or prevents in any way the passage of an important piece of legislature, no matter from whom it was presented, will be fined in accordance with the manner and cost of the disruption, even if caused by neglect. Congress MUST become responsible for their actions and made accountable.
Why is this important?
Politicians who filibuster or block passage of vital Congressional Business shall be fined for each and every attempt to disrupt or impair Congress, by voting opposite of normal personal trends in order to stifle a bill proposal. Also, should this be a vital issue, such as the Yearly Budget and so on ... that directly affects the citizens of the USA, financially or otherwise, anyone blocking or impeding its passage for purely political reasons shall be levied a fine of no less than $25,000, or if the loss from this action is great, a fine of no less than 20% of the alleged overcharge to the taxpayers.
