Congressional Fairness Act

Congress shall enact legistlation which states that members of Congress are paid only for the days they are seated in their designated position in the congressional chamber and/or in their Washington, D.C. offices, plus thirty (30) additional days' annual pay for meeting with constituents (only) in their district offices. Pay will be based on a daily rate of 1/365th of their current salary. This law will apply to all incoming members of Congress, as well as those who have served more than three (3) terms.

Why is this important?
