Congressional Mandate for Healthcare

Whereas there is a critical disparity between the American People and the Elected Congressional Bodies in the applicability of Health costs and receipt and management of health care and medical benefits received, and

Whereas the Health Care provided to and paid for by the American People is an existing disparity between Elected Government Representatives and the People, and

Whereas the inequity of Health Care Services received by Congressional Representatives with Health Care Services are initiated and provided by their own self-serving actions, and

Whereas the Social Security and Medicare programs provide the American People with a level of Health Care Services, and

Whereas the inequity of Health Care Services Provided to Members of Congress is inconsistent to those Health Care Services Provided to the American People and The Congress that is inconsistence with American values,

Whereas this requirement would reduce the costs of Medical Services provided to Elected Congressional officials, and reduce the Health Care disparities between the Electoral and the American People, and

Whereas this requirement would provide an equity between Medical services provided to all Americans and their elected representatives,

Therefore, this Petition for Medical Health Care Reform is a mandate of an Equitable distribution of Costs and Services of Health Care provided for and to the American People and the Congress, and

Whereas all elected to Congress and appointed to or by Congress are required to enter Social Security and Medicare Programs. Entitling those to the same rights and benefits of the Programs as applicable to their earnings. They may opt-out and provide their own coverage at their own expense.

Now therefore be it Resolved, that it is mandated by the American People that all Elected Congressional Representatives be required to enter the Social Security and Medicare Benefits Programs,

Why is this important?

All elected to Congress and appointed to or by Congress are required to enter Social Security and Medicare Programs. Entitling those to the same rights and benefits of the Programs as applicable to their earnings. They may opt-out and provide their own coverage at their own expense.
