To: President Donald Trump, The United States House of Representatives, and The United States Senate
Congressional Oversight Act
Mission:
1. Review the work congress has done each year:
a. Fines of 1% of net income for each congressperson will be levied for refusal to raise the debt ceiling in order to pay the bills already incurred.
b. Any increase in salary will be tied to an increase in the minimum wage for their constituents.
c. Health care benefits will no longer be any better than those of the constituents of their own states.
2. Congressional primaries will be scheduled so that every primary day one state from each of the four parts of the country will vote. States will rotate each election. Voting places and times will be determined by a commission and will be the same in each state in order to provide access for all voters to cast their ballots.
Oversight will be by a commission of two Democrats and two Republicans each, from the NW - SW - NE and SE - named by their parties.

Why is this important?
Can congress be trusted, any longer, to represent their country without oversight? Threatening, for a second time, to refuse to raise the debt ceiling to enable payment of bills they, themselves, have incurred - meaning more debt for each of their constituents, is an outrage. Working fewer and fewer days when the country has so many problems is intolerable. Citizens must be protected.
