Congressional Reform

WE THE PEOPLE, (of all ages, race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, religious belief, disability, ideology and/or political affiliation) demand that congress act immediately, and without further delay, and propose a straight up and down vote on congressional reform -- so that all major legislation (e.g. immigration reform, gun control, jobs bills, energy bills, tax reform, etc.) will all go before a vote in both branches of congress (separately, and without amendments, so as not to be convoluted in the process) so that THE PEOPLE can bear witnesses to what each member of congress supports or is against. THE PEOPLE have a right to know. WE THE PEOPLE demand the aforementioned before any member of congress can receive any further taxpayer-paid compensation for NOT doing their job.
