Congressional Reform Act of 2013

All members of Congress shall be limited to two terms. Congress members may not vote themselves a pay raise. Any pay raise to Congress members will be decided by voters on election day. This raise, if approved, will take effect at the Congress member's next term. Congress members will receive no government retirement income after leaving office. Congress members will receive no special healthcare and must use the same healthcare as used by ordinary citizens. Congress members will abide by laws of ordinary Americans citizens. Congress members cannot make special laws that apply only to them. Members of Congress will not be permitted to work in any lobbyist capacity for ten years after leaving Congress.
