Elected officials should be required to publish all proposed budgets, bills and addendum so that the voters can read them and advise our representatives the direction they want taken.
Why is this important?
If you publish your proposed Budget we voters can read it and send you our advise. Your description of the Budget doesn't tell us what you are really proposing. We voters can read!
