Congresspeople earning over $250,000 can't vote

Exclude US Senators and US House of Representative members with incomes in excess of $250,000 from voting on extending the Bush era tax cuts for those earning more than $250,000. It is a conflict of interest to vote to keep their taxes lower, and they therefore need to recuse themselves from the vote.

Why is this important?

It's a conflict of interest for congress members who earn more than $250,000 to vote on ending the Bush tax cuts for those earning over $250,000, because it saves them money. Let only those few who earn less, to cast their vote.
