1. The rights of citizens of the United States manufacture, use, purchase or sell marijuana shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State or municipality.
2. Any laws that make the transportation or importation into any State, Territory, or Possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of marijuana or its derivatives, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.
3. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Why is this important?
I believe it is time in the USA voting population to have the opportunity to vote on adding an amendment to the Bill of Rights to legalize the use, growth and selling of marijuana. It is time to end the War on Plants!!!
