We, the People of the United States of America, duly exercise our right to petition and assembly and call for a constitutional convention in order to form a more perfect and democratic system of government.
Why is this important?
The Declaration of Independence states that it is our duty to institute new government when the old one has become destructive to the life, liberty and happiness of the people.
Government derives its power from the consent of the governed. It is the Right of the People to institute new government and provide new guards for their future security. As such, it's time to go back to the drawing board.
