Proposal to control access to ammunition.
Completely eliminate sales and ammunition
For guns that are rapid fire (unless military reserve) and off duty reservists should be permitted to keep their military weapons at home with minimal munitions. Additionally, maximize ammunition purchases for personal guns. Ammunition should only be dispensed
With a statement of intent and must be approved prior to munitions
dispensation.
Why is this important?
I do not want to live on a battlefield with guns.
Many are reluctant to give up their guns, but

May be more palatable to all.
