No More Congressman-Lobbyists

No member of the U.S. Congress should be allowed to be employed as a D.C. lobbyist for a period of four years after their congressional service is ended. This would prevent them from using their elected office as a springboard to advance special interest groups.

Why is this important?

To prevent Congressmen for profiting from connections in office while they are serving constituents, thus preventing them from benefitting from special interest groups.
