We all know where our local post office is... as the postal service downsizes, and post offices close, these buildings should be refitted as health clinics a la "minute clinic" health offices that have been so successful for CVS. The Federal Government could open clinics to serve medicare and medicaid recipients exclusively, or it could serve the general public.
Why is this important?
As health cost rise and more people become insured through Obamacare, new and efficient ways to deliver care must be considered.
