No one in this country should be allowed to kill without being arrested and held until they are judged by a jury of their peers, especially public servants.
Why is this important?
Daily cop killings of U.S. Citizens with no accountability. If they get arrested until proven innocent and have no means to provide for their family while under arrest, this will most likely make them think twice before pulling the trigger.
