Too much investment in business which competes with private enterprise and not enough on sity services such as sewer system improvements, sidewalk repairs, trail maintenance, and recreation areas. We need to improve the financial position of the City and upgrade our bond rating.
Why is this important?
Coralville needs to reduce it debt, sell of some of its properties, and spend future investments on city services for the ditizens of Coralville.
