Corporate Profits at Taxpayer Expense

It is unfair that corporations and CEOs reap tremendous profits while employees that help create that profit are on public assistance, like food stamps. Employees' hard work help create the profits and yet it is the taxpayers that are paying for some of their basic needs while CEOs and shareholders take huge profits. Corporate CEOs and shareholders should not be able to take profits and receive exorbitant salaries until ALL of their employees are well cared for and can meet their basic needs (At the very minimum, not on taxpayer funded assistance!).

Why is this important?

I recently read that while Walmart reaps the largest profits on the planet, 80% of its employees receive food stamps. This is wrong! The taxpayer is, in essence, subsidizing these outrageous corporate profits and CEO salaries through public assistance programs such as food stamps and health care. This could be stopped.
