Corporate Welfare Reform
Whereas government employees are forbidden to channel taxpayer money into political campaigns and also have a fixed pay structure that extends to the president, and
Whereas the congress of the United States has demonstrated its willingness to put restrictions on federal funds to various organizations,
We the taxpayers of Americas demand the same protection of our tax money on all government expenditures, including defense contracts, by requiring that any corporation getting public money for any reason be forbidden from spending any money on any political campaign or lobbying of congress, and is also restricted from paying any executive, board member, or consultant any compensation that exceeds that of the salary of the president of the United States.
We also demand that any corporation failing to meet these requirements shall pay a penalty equal to 100% of its profits (paying no dividends or bonuses) to the federal treasury until the requirements are met.
We also demand that all for-profit corporations that pay no federal tax on earnings be restricted from spending any money on political campaigns or lobbying congress.

Why is this important?
Taxpayer protection: The same safeguards of public money required by government employees in the Hatch Act should apply to all public money given to any corporation.
