Corporations are not people

Due to the Citizens United decision by the Supreme Court, our electorial process has been hijacked by large corporate entities, in many cases, headquarterd in other countries. We need a constitutional amendment to do the following:
- Corporations are not people and do not have the same
constitutional rights as human beings.
-The people have the right to regulate corporations.
-Corporations are prohibited from making campaign
contributions.
-Congress and states shall have the power to set reasonable
limits on election spending.
We must make every member of congress give a definite yes or no to this issue.
