Enact laws that provide harsher penalties for corporate misconduct, just as we have for personal misconduct. Specifically, corporations whose criminal violations are egregious should be subject to "disincorporation", the equivalent of capital punishment.
Why is this important?
If corporations are truly "people" and have all the privileges thereof, like free speech rights giving them the power to donate to political campaigns, then they should be subject to the same criminal punishments as people. In particular, corporations that have caused deaths of innocents should be subject to capital punishment themselves, that is, they should be disincorporated, their charters revoked.
