Count Every Provisional Ballot Nationwide Before National Convention

The Democratic primary process of 2016 has been rife with purging of voter rolls, running out of ballots, and other voter suppression techniques, including the outright false claim of the nomination before the necessary pledged delegate total has been reached. The mainstream media is colluding with party officials and putting forth the patently false narrative that there is already a winner. Millions of people were forced to vote provisional ballots in almost every state, disproportionately Bernie Sanders supporters, and they voted. Their votes must be counted if we are to accept the results as fair and accurate. The continued viability of the Democratic party rests on practicing actual democracy, in counting every vote. We The People demand every valid provisional vote be counted nationwide before crowning the nominee, it is the very definition of democracy.
