Counters for every redlight camera

There should be a big counters that shows how many seconds before the light will change to yellow at every red light camera intersection.
Promotes safety and makes it fair for drivers. I went through a light which switched as I was under it so stopping wasn't an option; the flashes from the camera were longer than the yellow light. Wasn't fair and was costly especially during the holidays
