COVERUP Of Abuses On Patients At Chester MHC, STILL Exist!
Mrs. Patricia Kelley-Mosbacher, has been involved in the COVERUP of ABUSES orchestrated against my brother at CMHC, for OVER 15 years;DENYING having knowledge of these assaults orchestrates against him, instigated by guard, Chris Roberts, who has THREATENED to KILL him, by having him transferred to Unit B3 and THREATENED to have his wife beat I(Mrs. Clayton) up, the next time I visis, and the admins., has done NOTHING, to have him prosecuted, YET they expect us(Daids' family), to allow them to silence us about these abuses, which will NOT EVER happen!
Many munipulative systemic blame games, have been played , by CMHC guards and Davids' 'treatment team member;one for ex:, Travis Nottmiar, his LCSW, who has been CAUGHT, changing the DATES of an atercation David had with a guard named ALVIN.
David was FORCED to the restraint room and FORCED PRN shots, because of this ALVIN and Nottmiar changed the dates from Friday, the 11th of April 2011, to Sunday the 13th of April, to COVER for Alvin, because Alvin was NOT working that Sunday.
Nottmiars, attempt, was to TRY and make it appear that David made it up, when he did NOT!
He was placed on a bad"RED" level, because of these LIES and written up in his CHART as such.
We are seeking a 'Human Rights' atty., to represnet David, for I have IN MY POSSESSION< MANY MORE PROOFS, of his 'HUman Rights' being violated since he's been a patient at CMHC.
We are ALSO, concerned for his LIVER, because of these PSYCHE drugs, that DAMAGES individuals organs.
We are ALSO concerned for his COGNITIVE abilities, for these drugs(as LCSW LYNN HUBERT stated to I), that "we're giving David these drugs to help him forget the TRAUMA, that has happen to him" and with him being FORCED these drugs, it will make CMHC appear that it was necessary to give him those drugs, when he has asked on MANY occasions, "do I have to take a PRN liquid today", for I learned during a 01-03-2011 visit, that the 'morning drugs do I real bad sister".
I have also learned that approx. 28 patients are buried at Chester Cemetary, because they DIED from being given PSYCHE drugs.
Thereason CMHC gave(according to rodneyyoder.com), was that, "their families didn't have any insurance".

Why is this important?
My brother(David P.), a patient at Chester MHC, now for OVER 15 years, is STILL being accused and punished with psychotropic drugs, because of guards and others, ILL behavior.
His VIDEO conference, was cancelled, supposedly because the video equipment was broken at Elgin mental hospital.
It's supposed to be fixed now, but now, the problem supposedly is, that the 'treatment' team, has to get THEIR schedule in order/coincide with eachothers work schdeule.
My brother(since he had a date already scheduled), should be the FIRST, to have his VIDEO conference, but we're concerned that more intentionaly DELAYS are in existance, because we(his family), will NOT allow CMHC, to munipulate us into beliving this time is so needed, when we know that CMHC and this 'treatment' team, is extremely vindictive/retaliatory, concerning families who won't be intimidated by them!
ALSO, if you will, please inform any 'HUman Rights' atty., of my number(773-622-2906), for we are STILL seeking counsel to represent him, in a law suit, against CMHC, for the YEARS of ABUSES(including rape) against him.
I have, IN MY POSSESSION, MANY medical records/photos of injuries (no fault of his, but by MAINLY guards and a few of the violent inmate/patients), that we have filed complaints against, only for DHS, EFE and the CMHCa dmins., has labeled as 'UNFOUNDED", which can NOT be, because of the injuries he has sustained, because he DEFENDED himself from assaults.
We have learned that a few of the culprits, has either 'retired', (which do NOT stop a law suit, as it didn't stop anything concerning JON BURGE) and some are STILL employed by the state of ILLINOIS, at Chester MHC!.
