Why is this important?
The Supreme Court has given the Trump administration unprecedented power to strip legal status from immigrant families, putting more than 1.3 million Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders at risk and opening the door to broader attacks on DACA recipients, refugees, and other immigrants with lawful status. At the same time, millions of undocumented people are already facing ICE's terrifying attacks while trying to navigate an inhumane, overly complex immigration system.
Congress must reject Trump's mass de-documentation agenda and fix our broken immigration system by creating a fair, accessible pathway to citizenship for TPS holders, Dreamers, and other immigrant community members.
