We need legislation to help curb credit scores from destroying our younger generation's ability to be able to purchase cars, houses. Their scores are destroyed if medical bills get turned over for collection. The collections are paid, but it doesn't help their credit scores.
Why is this important?
Medical bill collections are ruining individual credit scores. This prevents people from being able to purchase items on credit which in turn is destroying our economy.
