The excessive CEO Pay needs to be criminalized
Why is this important?
Ronald Reagan allowed the CEO's to set their own pay scale and allowed them to be paid in stock. This has made it so CEO's who control the board's basically control their own pay. What we have seen is excessive CEO pay in the millions.
The pay that they are getting is a new form of Embezzlement but it is openly accepted. Embezzlement laws should be used to put the CEO's in jail and to stop this fraudulent abuse of power.
