Criminalize excessive speeding by making it child endangerment when speeding >10 mph over the posted speed limit when children are in the vehicle and protect our children.
Why is this important?
Studies show that death increases exponentially with speeding. I would like to make it child endangerment to speed in excess of 10 mph over the posted limit with children in the vehicle and protect our most fragile cargo, children.
