Cuomo, first you must walk your talk on climate!
Governor Cuomo, on May 4 you promised by declaration a Dunkirk-style citizens' fleet to block Trump's plan to drill off the shores of New York.
How about engaging in a Dunkirk type action to save New Yorkers from the deadly impacts of fracking infrastructure? Can you imagine: A prolonged siege on all fracking infrastructure sites in New York State by citizens driving automobiles, trucks, heavy equipment, buses and horse-drawn buggies blocking frackers from polluting?
Fracking infrastructure damages New York's environment and the health of residents and is potentially more damaging than what Trump could do to our shorelines. And you are responsible for the carnage.
If you want me and my fellow New Yorkers to fight your fight, then you must demonstrate your willingness to fight ours. In other words, you must first walk your talk on climate!
You must stop fracked gas infrastructure, move the State onto a comprehensive and timely path to 100% renewable energy now, and make corporations which pollute our State pay for the damage they cause.
