As an offer of compromise, let's keep the corporate jet loophole, IF the company has hired 1% more of their employment force, year after year for the last 2 years running. In other words, if they ARE job creators. Company's can adjust withholding's to take advantage of this ahead of their year end reports, enabling them to hire more workers. This would cut down on the abuse of this corporate entitlement, raise employment, and consequently help fill government coffers.
Why is this important?
It is important to me that if our government is going to give tax breaks to "job creators" that they actually are job creators.
