On February 16, 2013, a Hit & Run driver killed my son. This person was found but never charger for the crime. The District Attorney stated that it was his decision not to charge the person.
Why is this important?
I have been plagued with hurt. It is a hurt like nothing I have ever experienced before and a situation that has consumed my life.
