I say,let's use the media to bring to light the under reported cases of people ignoring early symptoms because of lack of funds or those that have actually died in the name of no healthcare.I hear pundits say often that we should have a universal healthcare system in this country but I've never seen them reporting the true sadness of these individual American stories.
Why is this important?
"Obama Care" was a step in the right direction.But I believe it would have been recieved a lot better if the public already had an educated notion about the human costs of limited healthcare.I can name individuals off the top of my head that have died,in one way or another,because of their lack of insurance,so why not publicize these cases and bring a more human face to this unfair system.
