Daylight Savings All Year

To allow ease of medication administration for anyone on medication it would be so much easier for their caregivers if the time stayed the same all year round. It would be easier on children if they don't have to make the change twice a year. It can take up to a month for some people to recover when we make the change in time.

Why is this important?

I would like it put to a vote to all citizens of Montana to either keep Daylight Savings all year long, or have Standard Time all year long.

On March 8, 2013, Dr. Holly Phillips on CBS This Morning sited extensive studies (over 20 years) that show there is 5% increase of risk of heart attack each spring and then a 5% decrease in risk of heart attack each fall.
