Death of my son!

My son Robert L. Smith passed away while he was in the care of State prisoner of Parchment Mississippi. They shows negligent in his care. Plus they never notify me of his admitting him to Greenwood Leflore hospital ICU on the 22nd of July with a Dx of MRSA: And Septicemia; that poison his body and causes his system to shut down. And he went into Cardiac Arrest!! My son code 3 times and he passed on the 26th of July. And I was never notify until his autopsy was done. I was very devastating because I didn't know we was in the hospital last time I spoke with my son he were complained about his arm being in a severe pain, and he stated that the guard at Parchment was not trying to help him at all. I also have his cellmate to witness to all of this. Thank you.
