Please Decline any further action on H.124.

Enforce our exisiting laws.

Promote voluntary personal safety and firearms. Many forms of training are available to those interested though public and private sources in our state.

Provide up to date and accurate records to the exisiting background check system as required by exisiting law.

Facilitate proper ongoing treatment for those suffering from mental illness.

Enforcement, Education & Treatment is the key.

Why is this important?

H.124 is a bill that would create a 10 round magazine limit, require a concealed carry permit, require background checks on private gun sales.This legislation would have no effect on crimes or criminal activity. We need to fully utilize the tools in place to have a positive effect in our community.
