At Winona state it has the same punishments as Heroin or other hard drugs possession. That's messed up, especially when the state of Minnesota gives you a lesser punishment for small amounts of weed than the possession of alcohol (as a Minor). Shouldn't we get two strikes for it as we do Alcohol?
Why is this important?
Eviction for the use of Marijuana is stupid when people actually die from alcohol every year and there are two strikes for that.
