Consider helping Maryland's finances by reducing the tax burden for our citizens and so as we can put more funding for people, relating to health care/insurance , projects/medical research, etc. by legalizing marijuana. Many people use pain medications/alcohol, that actually affect, primarily the kidneys, liver ,etc.
Why is this important?
WE all know that 2 new states this election year have legalized marijuana and in Oregon a person can get plants for medical reasons.
It will be then, a more controlled substance and we each know someone who has used. Lets' tax it to help our finances state wide. If gambling/alcohol can be legal, why should people be put in prison for this ?
