Congress should vote to censure Trump for his libelous claim that the Obama administration wiretapped or had the British wiretap Trump Tower during the 2016 campaign.
Why is this important?
Trump's irresponsible accusations continue to waste government resources, damage relations with essential allies, and falsely accuse President Obama, the Justice Department and the intelligence community of a felony. Congress must impose a political cost to such actions.
