We the people of the United States hereby ask the entire US Congress to denounce the call for President Obama's death and the call for violence and a racial war in the United States!
We the people also demand that the United States Secret Service immediately arrest former Illinois Lawmaker William Joseph Walsh for calling for the murder of the President of the United States in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 871 and calling for war between the races in the US and Inciting acts of Violence in violation of 10 U.S. Code § 351, 18 U.S. Code § 2101 and 18 U.S. Code § 2102
Why is this important?
William Joseph Walsh's call for the murder of the President of the United States is a pure racial hate crime and violates 18 U.S. Code § 871. Joe Welsh's rhetoric will lead to an all out race war, which threatens and undermines the national security of the United States and will lead to the senseless deaths of millions of Americans of all races, religions, origin, genders, sexual orientation, sexual preference and what have you. This should not be happening in the 21st Century Untied States of America.
