The Rhode Island Board of Elections has just announced that it will close 275 polling locations throughout the state opening only 144 polling locations for the upcoming April 26 presidential primary. After reports of massive numbers of voters in other states, like Arizona, being turned away or forced to wait for hours to vote, this is unacceptable.

Why is this important?
Voter suppression is at an all time high in this years presidential primary elections. Nothing seems to be done about it after the fact so taking what little action we can beforehand seems the only route.
